What happens during CPH Fashion Week stays in CPH Fashion Week… And on KK’s Blog (Part III)
Friday came around and waking up after a full day and night in heels shooting and then dancing with new and old friends after way to little sleep sort of took it’s toll on me. However, it’s nothing a trip to the gym, some delicious tea and good news from Los Angeles can’t solve. 😉
After catching up with LA on skype and via email, I had an appointment with a team of makeup and hair stylists to figure out what they are going to do for our next shoot. Usually I don’t like to ‘test’ hair and makeup prior to a shoot, but I love these two girls and I had an extra 1,5 hour in the afternoon so we met up at the hair stylist’s salon for lattes and caramel candy drops mmmmh :-).
MUA Gabriella Tipsa Bruhn and Hair stylist Line Bomholt worked on my crazy hair and face for a while as we caught up and gossiped like teenagers. And we came up with a great idea that I am stoked to do. I will not disclose it yet, since it will spoil the fun, but I can tell you this: we are going to somewhat personify one of my new, big heros in TV history and she is a very powerful lady 😉
Then I was off to pre-drinks and later to a goodbye dinner for the lovely Tikka Singh, who had to fly out for a wedding on Saturday. My dad tagged along for a quick drink since he had just arrived from New Mexico. I love connecting peeps from all over the World and Friday night epitomized that passion.
I have heard a lot of good things about the restaurant Pluto so we tried it out. I absolutely loved the ambience and style of Pluto and the menu was delicious. It’s a super current and happening venue and our service was pretty good in spite of a full restaurant. However, some of my peeps from around the word do make the remark that service in Denmark can seem rude at times when they wine and dine out. I didn’t feel that myself at Pluto, but I overheard certain situations at Pluto and that’s just not cool :-/.
After the delicious dessert we all ventured out into the Summer night on our bicycles and hit Gallery Asbæk where old and new peeps were gathered for a fun event. Later, some of us went to the place ‘Ved Stranden’ where we got into a lot of trouble. Well, trouble in a good and rockstar-ish way. It was fun and when I signed out and bicycled home in the wee hours I was ready for a solid and long nap.
Here are a few photos from Friday’s events. Stay tuned for more info on Fashion Week, shoots, social stuff etc tmro. XOXO KK

Lovely dinner at Pluto restaurant with the girls and my gorgeous sisters, Christian and Tikka
Later @ Ved Stranden Wine Bar with one of sisters and top photog. Christel. I’m in my fave dress from Elsa Adams. Also, an unexpected reunion with Mr. Green AKA actor Christian 😉
