Rain, Rosé and Girls

There are few things I love more in life than time with my girls. So when my actress/photographer friend Hanna called and told me she was on a road trip from San Francisco to LA I was stoked to see her. The day after she moved into my place for a few days where we have time to catch up.

We met back at The William Esper Studio in NYC where we both were enrolled in the 2 year full time acting program. As intense and challenging as it was to study under THE Bill Esper, as rewarding and fulfilling was it. No doubt. Today we both agreed that so far those 2 years in NYC at that studio were the best of our lives. Period!

Aside from catching up on old days stuff we strolled around in Santa Monica and Venice, which I rarely do, and it was beautiful. Especially because it was raining and nobody was around. Such a luxury. Plus it is never really cold here when it rains. Also, we found shelter at one of my favorite places on Abbot Kinney, the restaurant Gjelina. I love their menu. Yum!!!!

Later at night we went to another one of my favorite bars/lounges in Hollywood. I do not want to disclose the name here just yet since I absolutely love the ‘privacy’ of the place and the fact that it is still so ‘undiscovered’.

After a few too many drinks and twists on the small dance floor we went back to my place and late-night snacked on fat-free butter popcorn. I have absolutely no idea how that combination is possible Butter without fat..??? But who who cares. And we finished 2 bags without any regret.

This morning I went to my private gym in the lobby of my building for a minute before I drove to make my call time at the fashion show I was booked for.

More more about all that fashion stuff tmro.I need some rest now since I have an audition in the a.m. I hope you had a fun weekend! Much love and light from West Hollywood.. xx
