New Sunday Obsession

”Super McNasty, why you McLoving when the bitch call me daddy!” Tyga blasting on repeat Sunday morning while I’m krumping, popping and trying to follow the insane moves Miss Natasha Kassar is teaching us. Natasha is my very good friend here in LA. We used to live on top of each other in the same building in West Hollywood. She moved to another space a while back and I miss her a lot.

Anyways, she is a hell of a dancer and she has danced and done choreography professionally for years. Today is her first class of teaching at ‘Your Neighborhood Dance Studio’ in Culver City, LA and 16 girls and 1 guy showed up only to find out that our business this morning is to get ‘down’ so to speak…

For one hour we tried our best to follow her lead doing super suave, cool and sexy moves that would make Justin T. and M.J. raise an eyebrow and go ‘hhhhmmmmm’!. One word: ‘Hot’! The End. Mad respect for this Beverly Hills native girl’s dancing and choreography skills. This is definitely my new Sunday obsession.

Later, home again and since it was still too hot to be outside and do anything with a purpose I went ahead and did 75 minutes of hot yoga. I know; Insane. But totally worth it. And now I feel tired, strong, rejuvenated, happy and relaxed feasting on avocado salad and later on my favorite chocolates York Mints. The mint filled dark chocolate ones ‘mmmmmhhhh’!
