First day on set in Vegas and 21 more to go…

I didn’t sleep much after the long drive from LA last night . 6.5 hours of restless tossing and turning before the sun rays woke me up through the curtains. Sleepy and puffy eyed I stumbled out to the pool and collapsed with my feet in the cool water. A hot day in the desert was about to commence.

We have mostly spoken about changes and rewrites and rehearsed a bit today in and around our house today. I even had time to go to the local gym in the afternoon, which btw. was quite impressive. The building was so much bigger than any LA gym I have seen. 2 swimming pools, 3 floors packed with every single piece of equipment one can imagine and their own spa, tattoo artist and plastic surgeon on staff (!). The most exciting part was people watching while sweating on the stair master; Honestly, the locals who work out here are beyond any fantasy. Wow! Top trimmed bodies, tattoos and shaved heads every where. It’s like being in a movie.

Later we wolfed down homemade burgers with lots of wine and beer talked about tmro’s work and now I’m super ready for bed.
