Back in The City of Angels
I’ve been back in LA more or less 35 hours now and slowly getting back into the West Coast vibe. Tons of practical things were awaiting me at my arrival (read ‘boring’), but I took care of most of it yesterday plus I squeezed in a much needed yoga class, did all my laundry and made a raid at my local Trader Joe’s supermarket before I crashed. I’m still jetlagged and trying to take advantage of the benefits of getting up at 6 am. You have no idea how much you get done before 9 am when jetlagged.
This morning I just printed out sides for an audition I have for a feature film on Monday and the updated version of the script of the next movie I’m doing. We start filming in a few weeks here in LA and in Nevada. There are always many rewrites in the last phase before we go into production and since I have been super busy with family stuff while I was in Europe now is the time for me to get acquainted with the changes of the movie. As you may know, I have been training a bit harder to get a bit more fit for this role so I will have to hit the gym again in 30 minutes and hopefully have time to throw in a yoga class for good measure later today since I refuse to change my diet. (I love my food, wine and candy)
I’m also contemplating if I should hit NYC next week and get the last whiff of Fashion Week or not. It depends on work here in LA. I might have a couple of modeling jobs here in LA next week and frankly I don’t mind staying put for a minute in my home. But on the other hand I miss NYC …. (1st World decisions)
Here are a few pictures; This morning’s sunrise from my roof top in West Hollywood and 2 pictures from my sister’s birthday this Saturday in Hellerup, Denmark.
I’m off to the gym now to gain some muscles :-o.
See you soon! xoxo KK
Sunrise from my rooftop this morning. You can spot Downtown in the horizon. Had I moved the iphone a bit to the left you would have been able to see the mountains and the Hollywood Sign.
My 2 absolutely stunning Danish sisters Sara (to the left) and Anne Sofie (the middle). It was Anne Sofie’s birthday this Saturday. We closed the party at 7 am. Haven’t danced this much in ages. Was so much fun. Miss you girls!!! <3
One of my gorgeous cousins Karoline. I know it looks like I’m on the North Pole during winter time in this picture with all that clothes. The weather was actually really lovely in Denmark, but I guess that I have grown accustomed to the Southern Californian weather. Hence the layers. 😉
