3D Printers are Sexy

I am beyond exhausted so this blog will be short.

Just got back into Copenhagen after days of planning and covering the newest 3D Printer Workshop in Denmark. My team and I heard about this workshop while filming our documentary about artificial life back in July 2013. And here we are today; Me, myself and a second unit covering everything that moves during the workshop. ‘

I’m lucky. Because with me on location, I have DP Soren Kuhn, who came recommended by very talented TV and film director Kathrine Windfeld, who is directing the next TV series I’m in. And so far we have only had fun and amazing compositions.

Soon I will tell you much more about the 3D Printer, the workshop and how it is relevant to our documentary. Right now I need some serious rest so I have to crash…

Nite, nite people. Please contemplate, have fun, stay humble, inspired, fearless and sexy always…

xx KK

The first super easy to make, sustainable plastic device cover for my Iphone printed by a 3D Printer.  I am producing second unit for our doc about Artificial Life meanwhile trying to control sound while interviewing all the cool peeps. Oh!  And how glorious that the famous, British movie producer Simon Bosanquet flew in from London for a few days to get inspired for his next Sci Fi movie (Right lower corner)

More IKEA look-a-like assembling going on, Except it’s the newest 3D Printer being put together piece by piece. Oh PS – the shoe in the top left-ish corner was produced by a 3D Printer by one of the students in the workshop. Her name is Malou. How cool is that…????? It might not be Louboutin – yet! But I’m pretty impressed already to say the least… 😉

3D workshop director and instructor Kliment Yanev (left) and host of the workshop Steen Rasmussen (my father, right) Assembling a 3D Printer. It’s obvious that Kliment is a specialist. He has done this since the pattern of the 3D Printer was up in 2009. Kliment instructed the very  first 3D printer workshop in the World in 2011. Since then, Kliment has returned to the department of Physics @ SDU where we were for the past 2 days.
