Life

Lillie Gitte photographed by Sandra Aaberg I remember the first time I met Lillie Gitte like was it yesterday. On one of my trips to Copenhagen back in 2009 I recall asking around about who does the best Brazilian wax in town. A choir of girls gave me the same answer:  ”Lillie Gitte at Dollface”. The same day I called the beauty salon and got Lillie on the phone. We made an appointment and as she took down my full name, she hesitated a moment and then said: ”Excuse me,

Happy Tuesday people! I realize that I did not share the final result of our sexy and edgy shoot for Rock’n’Roll People Magazine I did with photographer Signe Mørkebjerg Sjøstrøm, MUA Ghinwa Habta and model Alexander Windfeld. The story is already out and we are plotting new completely different stories for our next collaboration. Stay tuned because that will be insanely beautiful and on the next level! I postponed my flight back home to Los Angeles a little over a week because so much work got into my schedule.

Desert Walk

Finally! Here is a story I shot with the talented photographer Signe Mørkebjerg Sjøstrøm and ditto MUA Karen Schnack in the desert of Nevada back in May. For various reasons we couldn’t release the pictures until now and looking at them it feels like such a long time ago. Many crazy, inspiring and fun events have taken place since we did ‘Desert Walk’. I recall shooting the images after a really fun night out at club Surrender in Vegas. I’d flown out to Vegas a few days earlier to stay

The third Viking Lady-Boss is up. A business woman with super model looks, a closet only a few can afford and the biggest heart you can imagine. Her name is Tine Hertz and I count her among my very best friends even though we have only known each other a little over 3 years. We met on my birthday, March 19th 2010, in our favorite city NYC and found out how much we have in common. That year became a total ‘rock star’ year for us. We traveled the World

It’s Tuesday evening here in Copenhagen and I’m home relaxing after a hectic day in various costumes and crazy situations, which is probably why my words are few and very, very slow tonight. I’m about to ZzzzzzZZZZzzz… Honestly, I’m exhausted after a full playing everything from an innocent ‘Heidi from the Alps’ kinda looking character to the ‘crazy spy meets Kung Fu’ bitch in black leather doing stunts over a cliff. Today’s filming was for a new episode in The Stunt Comedy TV Show. I filmed with the same team

Hello my gorgeous people! I’m back again with a little teaser from the shoot I did with one of my Viking Lady-bosses the other day Miss Signe Mørkebjerg Sjøstrøm. The shoot is an editorial for Rock’n’Roll People Magazine, which both Signe and I are big fans of. Prior to the actual shoot, Signe and I met up and plotted a story board. We are/were both in a state of mind where a lot of issues regarding relationships on many levels, the male / female sexuality and how we treat

Happy Friday lovely blog followers! I’m back, and this time with the next ‘Viking Lady-Boss’ interview… Signe Mørkebjerg Sjøstrøm has become a dear friend and a huge inspiration to me fast. We met at a campaign shoot in LA a little over a year ago and ever since we have clicked as friends and colleagues. I feel very, very safe working with Signe, which is why I take risks when we shoot. I’ve done stuff with SIgne I would never in a million years do with other photographers or film

Today is full moon and either way you turn it something is up. Just saying. Everybody is acting a bit weird around me these past few days. Perhaps you might not believe that the moon, the inevitable traveling of the stars and other cosmic stuff can be juxtaposed in relationship to human behavior. It’s fine by me. I don’t really care. I just know what I feel and experience. And indecisiveness, stalling, new and random meetings with mixed emotions and weird gossip is present in my realm so to speak.

Inspired by being back in the neck of my woods and catching up with old and new friends I have decided to do a feature on 4 diverse Danish women who inspire me on different levels. They are 4 unique and distinct women when it comes to temper, careers, looks, lifestyle and backgrounds. They all have a few things in common though and that is a fantastic strength, a mature insightfulness , amazing energy, power, passion, tenacity and a unique creativity. Each woman is my friend and I am proud

A wise person once told me that when all is said and done, usually more is said than done. He is right. I see it oh so often in my work in the entertainment industry, where there is a lot of blah-blah. But also generally speaking. People talk about doing something, pursuing something, changing something, but often they keep talking and never take the first step walking. It’s a shame. Because ‘wow’ it feels good to take a leap and trust that the net will appear. I can only recommend
