PMS?

Am I in a delirious PMS state of mind or what is going on..? The last two days have been like swimming in thick unpleasant Gello. Swimming, but not moving… uuughh!!! I have the weirdest dreams at night. Avatar step over! And my days are so busy, which I love, but yet I’m kind of spaced out and not in the zone. Do you know the feeling? Like everything is unattainable, yet right there in front of you. Even going around the corner to pick up sushi is like climbing Mount Everest. But the worst part is that when I get in that state of mind I tend to make really bad decisions. So… experience has taught me to stay put and wait it out. No drama is big enough to tumult your life. It’s all about how much you invite it into your space.

2010 was for my part very much about regaining strength, playing around and catching up with myself. 2011 calls for brand new territory. It’s obvious. I get smacked in the face by it every day. Since I got into NYC on January 10th I understood that changes are here. Solid changes. Period. But they are waiting for me to do the work. It sucks haha! On days like these, where I’m so exhausted it’s not even funny I catch myself envying people who seem like they have the perfect pleasant life going for them. But I guess ‘seem’ is the key word here. Because what is perfect? I use to regard ‘perfect’ as ‘boring’. I love imperfections. However, today I wouldn’t mind just a tad of ‘perfect’ knocking on my door.

Annnnnd! I just took up my Power Plate training again. I used to be avid in it a year ago, but because of all my traveling and switching neighborhoods I stopped. Now I’ve begun in a Studio here in Hollywood with a trainer and she is hardcore as s…!!!! I cannot move. I’m sooooo sore. But! I’m going again tomorrow hahahah!!! No, seriously I feel great when I’m in shape and since I cannot run anymore because of my foot injury this is really working for me.

OK… I think I’m signing out for tonight. Sorry about all the whining…. Hope your lives are perfect… or at least almost perfect.
