Chocolate and Bubbles

It’s Sunday in LA and it’s raining. Period. Water from the sky on Los Angeles grounds is an extremely rare sight in this latitude. Los Angelinos freak out by the sight of wet drops from above. I know. Silly, but it’s a fact. However, rain or shine after a morning of work I was enchanted by the idea of an afternoon of premium chocolate and champagne tasting on a regular Sunday in Bel Air. And yes (!) the Godiva chocolate was a piece of heaven and so was the Perrier-Jouët Vintage Grand Cru Champagne . I won’t lie. ;-). We all got a cute gold gift bag of chocolate to brings home and a lesson on how to truly taste and appreciate the taste of chocolate. Well, I guess I’m a really bad student because I couldn’t help myself and munched every piece of chocolate from my gift bag on the way home in the car… Ooops!

Later I was supposed to go to the SAG party, but the schedule was too tight so I ended up at my Sunday fave spot SUR for Sexy Sundays with my partner in crime Natasha.

here are some pics from the day…
