Heya Svärige!!!!

2 of my Swedish addictions at the moment: Lykke Li & Miike Snow. Here in a concert together.

A while ago I went to Swedish icon and recording artist Lykke Li’s concert at my favorite club here in Hollywood Bardot. She is sooo fashion it stings like a vicious hornet. And the self sufficient in-crowd in Hollywood felt a bit intimidated and very curious about this little Nordic Sirene dressed in black from top to toe with the most intriguing voice and a hard core Inglewood hip-hoppers attitude.

I loved her performance right there in her 8 inches platforms… And you know how she is always standing with one hand in front of her face…. ha ha she’s a poser if I ever saw one. But you gotta love her.

And this is the other Swede, Miike Snow’s Silvia, which I heard for the first time while I was in San Francisco shooting the feature film Sedona’s Rule. The director josh loves this song. He even used the tune as soundtrack for some of the rough cut scenes I have seen just recently.

I couldn’t find the official music video of ‘Silvia’ so you will have to deal with this poor quality for now…
