European Clever Randomness

Girl time with Nicoline and Christel
Flight tickets are booked and I can spot an end to my Tour de Europe for now.
Yup, just like that! For months I’ve been delaying my return because of work and meetings on this side of the bay. But now work is taking me to Vienna to a film festival and then onwards home to the City of Angels aka EL Lay…. 😉
As emotions of melancholy, restlessness, anxiety and top excitement embark I realize that I’m going home to a entire new house where all my stuff is still in boxes. I moved less then a week before I jumped on a flight to Europe to film and had no time to be littel miss domestic and get my materialistic life in check.
On this note, and just for the record I’m going to toot my own horn for one tiny second – proud of being able to live out of only one suitcase (and only one major shoe shopping spree) for 4 months. Ibiza, London, Sweden, various cities and islands in Denmark and Vienna. It’s proven, I can make more out of less when needed. (But don’t tell my future husband that ;-)!!)
So did I get what I wanted in Europe? I did… and way more than I’d ever expected on both a business, friends and family account. I even got the absurd new feeling of being bored. An emotion I have not experienced since I was a child. I know it might seem negative, but to me it’s not. Quite the contrary. When I am bored, it’s usually because I’ve done something for a substantial amount of time and it becomes predictable. I am always looking for the challenge, the fun, the adventure, but lately also more meaning. When I say ‘meaning’, it’s relative. What’s meaningful to you might not be meaningful to me and vice versa.
Over 10 years ago I flew the coop so to speak. I decided to leave the safe, but also to me – extremely suffocating haven of Copenhagen. I quit my high profiled bad-ass job as a CEO, sold my home and everything I had of value or gave it to my family and went out into the world to create art, live in the moment and to ride the wave of adventure on all levels. It has been absolutely amazing and has molded me to the person I am today. I will never stop doing it. Being the freedom loving adventure whore I am ;-). But certain things have outlived themselves and I’m ready to turn a page and make a few changes. What they will be, I’m not entirely sure of. But I’m excited, humble and ready…
The photos I’ve chosen are a clever mess of events and randomness from the past month of my life 😉
With that I bid you a good day or night where ever you are…

MC Fight Night in Copenhagen with my sister Anne Sofie and friends Christina-Sunny, Morten and Rasmus. And yes, my sister and I are such posers 😉 #epicnight #klaskefar #posers

I met a guy from Sweden with almost the same jacket as me. @ 4 am we felt almost related and he taught me handshakes that probably were in the language of ‘drunken Swedish’. Hence, I didn’t quite comprehend #postmandper #nerds #handsigns

Tesla sponsored me with their incredible Roadster aka the unofficial Bat Mobile (or at least looks like it). Together with hundreds of other Scandinavians I helped brake the Guinness World Record with the largest parade of electric cars ever. Yup true story! I also got my Tesla Bat Mobile confiscated in Sweden because I drove way too fast #speed #devil #tesla

Mulit tasking as I’m visiting my dad @ the Island of Funen picking up my favorite smoked Salmon (Upper left). Last day of filming ‘Heart of Stone’ (on the upper right). Doing post sound on the TV series The Team (lower left) and just fresh out of the shower (lower right)… 😉
‘Behind the scene snaps’ from shoot with my super talented and lovely girlfriend and photographer Signer Moerkebjerg Sjoestroem. Yeah , it’s my picture on the T-shirt I’m wearing. Soooo meta 😉
