Easter in Los Angeles

For my part, many Easters are spent in the precious company of my family. We all usually get together and stay in one or two of our Summer cottages in the Northern part of Denmark called Rågelege next to my grand father’s house where we catch up, eat, drink, take long walks along the Ocean front, dance, cry, laugh, discuss, shout and spend time together. All of it – good as well as bad – is something I miss dearly having chosen to live so far away from the neck of my woods.

So when Lehang and Michael, a Danish couple living here in LA since many years, sent an invite to their traditional Danish Easter Lunch I was not late to RSVP. How angelic!

Beer ‘run’… dunno the English phrase… This so called sport is something I haven’t exercised since high school. The rules are to long to explain here, but it’s very ‘frat party’ just with a sporty side to it. My team won. Obvi! I used to be an athlete… hehe
