A new TV Show! LA – CPH – Antwerp – CPH

Hi friends! Just a quick update before I have my next meeting at one of my favorite local cafés in the Frederiksberg area of Copenhagen, Denmark.

I arrived in Copenhagen this Tuesday, only 2 weeks after I’d left and I spent Tuesday night with my family. I didn’t have time to unpack because next morning, Wednesday I was off to Antwerp, Belgium. Come to think of it, my suitcase was not unpacked in LA either haha :-D. I only had 14 days at home in LA before I left again so I never got around to it. Details, details….

Anyways, Last night I got home from Antwerp and actually did get to unpack and it felt great. I had pizza with the fams, walked my sister’s puppy and then fell asleep before my head touched the pillow and woke up at 6 am ready to take on the new day.

Why Antwerp you might ask..? I booked a reoccuring part in a European TV show that starts shooting in Copenhagen this month. Since it is produced by a number of European countries the fittings and rehearsals are in Antwerp. So I flew down there for two days where I met part of the team. The cast is enormous, which you will experience on TV eventually. I have no idea how they keep track of everybody and every detail.

We established my costumes, makeup and next day we had a reading of all the episodes relevant for me with the amazing director Kathrine Windfeld and one of my co-actors Rudi Køhnke, whom I have most of my scenes with. It was a great experience to be on such a huge production with so many nationalities and inputs. I am in love with it! Period.

I was still suuuuuper jetlagged so I forgot to take any pictures while down there, but I do have a few snaps from my Iphone, which I’ll share now. I’ll make sure to take more once we start shooting.
