Jetlag & Lingerie

I had an absolutely lovely 2 weeks in Copenhagen busting balls working, but also taking time to be with family and friends. Now, back in West Hollywood knowing I’m staying put for more than just 2 or 4 days and it feels good. Yet I sense a restlessness in my gut. After months of traveling and always being on the go settling and rooting can be challenging. So, I’m curious to see how this week plays out and how I react to the sudden ‘stillness’. I have made very few social plans, which is rare, but after weeks with so much going on taking a big breath and playing the introvert card can be a good move. We will see.

Usually I am pretty good at knocking jetlag, but this trip to Europe was different. I was all over the place sleepwise. Waking up at 4 am every morning and getting tired early afternoon. Not cool when you are working and have to look perky and on your A game.

So to get into the LA spirit and zone, I started out with 90 minutes of hot yoga this morning. Post ‘sweat hell yoga’ I shopped all organic stuff in Trader Joe’s, cleaned my fridge and bathroom from A-Z and unpacked everything. Wow – so effective! But then jetlag hit and I felt ready for bed again haha.

Ok enough of my jetlag experience. Now I have to learn my lines for the audition tmro.

The following pics are from my last week in Denmark. Between shoots I went to the country side to see my dad’s new farm, which I already wrote about and the day after I went to Miguel’s concert with my sister (and a million other blonde girls). Thursday was meetings and more fashion week and Friday was my last day in my hometown and I spent it strutting around in silk lingerie by Violasky in front of photographer Henrik Sørensen’s Hasselblad lens.
