Yesterday was spent driving down to Iguana Beach for new locations. It was a pretty long and bumpy ride, but nature is indescribably stunning out here so even though I got my kidneys shaken loose I enjoyed the trip a lot. We passed through a bunch of small villages and it’s pretty intense to recognize how crazily poor most families live out here compared to the grand houses and loaded prominent people we met and hung around with in Granada. The flight from L.A. to Nicaragua is a bliss if you are used to the long haul flights to Europe that I usually take. It’s basically a skip and a hop and you are there… Almost.
