Sunday morning and I’m waking up with a slight hangover after a fun girls’ night out with a few too many cocktails and glasses of wine. Last thing on my mind is being active and honest to God I feel like snoozing my day away. But my philosophy is ”You do the crime, you do the time” so I got my lazy bones up without thinking to much about it, made a pitstop in my gym in the building to get the blood flowing, showered and got myself together before

Rain, Rosé and Girls

There are few things I love more in life than time with my girls. So when my actress/photographer friend Hanna called and told me she was on a road trip from San Francisco to LA I was stoked to see her. The day after she moved into my place for a few days where we have time to catch up. We met back at The William Esper Studio in NYC where we both were enrolled in the 2 year full time acting program. As intense and challenging as it was

Beauty Call

Hi people, hope you are having a lovely start to the Weekend! I am very happy to share a piece of beauty news with you from the capital of beauty research, plastic surgery and vanity: Beverly Hills. Yesterday when the weather was gloomy and all you wanted to do was light up your fireplace and stay indoor I snug out and went for an hour treatment at Vanessa Hernandez Skin Care on Brighton Way, which is literally smack in the middle of Beauty Babylon. In my time as an actress,

Polaroids and Tears

The last couple of days have been down right sad and annoying to me. Exactly one year ago my grandmother passed away and shortly hereafter my grandfather passed away. Both meant the World to me and it was a mouthful that they both chose to travel to the other side at the same time. They were not even on the same side of the family…… Life can be challenging sometimes. It usually is. At least if you ask me.  Either way, I am taking my time to remember my beloved

I cannot believe how fast time passes these weeks. It feels like I just got back from Vegas and already I spent a week in LA and then another week in Nicaragua. Now I’m back in LA again and already planning my next work trip abroad.  Yesterday I had a really fun time right here in my relatively new home town of 4,5 years – Los Angeles. After a full morning of too many phone calls and emails I went to the gym for 40 minutes ( I know too

It happened again! A change of plans last minute. I found out I’m not shooting my scenes until next weekend and I don’t have any meetings in LA until Monday night. So I went with the flow and drove to the beach on the Pacific Coast for the weekend. And honestly, I am loving it. Untouched, pristine nature, Nicaraguan Flor de Cana rum, bonfires, fresh fish and plenty of surf and beach time. I guess this turned out to be my mini Summer Vacay. I’ll be back in LA mid

Nicaraguan Light

Last full day in the jungle before I’m LA bound again. It’s been way too short a trip. I absolutely adore the climate, the people, the nature and the many possibilities this country has to offer. So no doubt, I’ll be back soon visiting Nicaragua again. But it is also great to return to LA LA Land again. I’m not entirely sure about my shooting schedule yet. It will be a bit rock’n’roll since I arrive very late Friday night and start shooting in the a.m. Saturday. But hey –

I admit it! I’m most definitely a whore for adventure. I absolutely love life when it’s unpredictable and exciting and this past Sunday falls into that category. Totally spur of the moment I packed a few things and jumped on a flight to Nicaragua for a few days before I start filming my new project this coming Saturday back in LA. This trip is not going to be an ‘Exploration of the jungle trip’. It’s work mixed with pleasure. Photo shoots here we come! And when you only have a

Hello lovely people, Hope you had a beautiful weekend. The Summer returned to LA with a vengeance after a few days of feisty, chilling to the bone winds we have gorgeous weather for a perfect Halloween Weekend. Getting a tad better after my annoying cold, which however I’m still struggling with, I had a few girls’ nights out. I was craving girl time after 3 weeks in a Frat house in Vegas with the film crew mainly consisting of men. So 2 nights in a row I was with my

Mr. Fix It

Fall hit Los Angeles as I made my way home from Las Vegas. Feisty winds, gloomy skies and even a bit of rain came upon us here in the sunshine state. The sudden change of weather, and the result of way too little sleep during the past month of filming made me come down with a minor cold, so all my auditions aside this week I have pretty much stayed inside reading a book and resting up. No parties, no gym and very little social activity. Today is a ‘fix-it’
