Tuesday Stuff

I woke up this morning after another restless night of tossing and turning. Nightmares and vivid dreams made me feel like I’d done an Iron Man in my sleep. Funnily the  first impulse when I opened my eyes was that I was going to start the Master Cleanse today. After 9 days of NYC fashion week, My friend’s wedding, parties and work I felt a bit out of it. I daresay that NYC made me her bitch and I was bending over and paying the price for all the debauchery.

So off I went to Whole Foods to stash up on organic lemons, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. I have done the Master cleanse for 4 days 2 years ago and this time I’m going to do a period of 4 or 5 days. Not more. I have too many social events, meetings and dinners that involve way too delicious meals and drinks that I can last the full 10 day cleanse. And speaking of social events me and my girl Natasha are headed to the opening of the club Le Rendez-Vous tonight here in LA. Just because a girl is cleansing doesn’t mean she cannot get in her heels and make an appearance. I’ll let you know what the new venue is like.

On Friday I’m shooting the video and pics for the invite to an event I’m truly psyched about; It’s the joint venture between fashion label Douek&Jones and myself. Peeps like Madonna, Pink, The Motley Crew and The Pussy Cat Dolls are big fans of this label. Obvi. When you try it on and feel the material there is no turning back. The mysterious ‘James Bond Babe’ meets French, sexy kitten Brigitte Bardot in super stylish London. Yes. It is hot! I’m launching my book ‘NYC HEAD OVER HIGH HEELS’ at the party and they are launching their fashion brand.  The location in Beverly Hills is booked and I cannot wait to send out invites so you can get a feel of what our little party in Beverly Hills is going to be like.
