Friday Morning Troubs…

My mild cold turned into a long term ‘cough hell’ (Now I know what your lungs feel like if you are a full time smoker I guess). So this morning I went to see the Doctor where you get the usual questions: ”Do you get enough sleep? Do you drink enough water? Do you drink too much alcohol?” Eeerrrhhhhh….. Anyways, now I’m on Antibiotics. Annoying!! Hate being sick. It’s such a waste of time.

Just got back home and now I’m rushing to get ready for my first meeting with my new acting teacher and another actress. So exciting!! We are going to work on a scene from the movie ‘Frances’. If you haven’t seen it. Just do it! It’s Jessica Lange’s best performance by far. She is ridiculously good in this film.

Such a hassle! My printer is acting up (yet again!!!) even though it’s brand new and I need to print my scene out. Pronto! For a while now that stupid thing has been eating and molesting the paper and not to toot my own horn, but I’m usually pretty good with electronics and gadgets. In my last relationship I was the one to install the TV and DVD player, fix the computers, make the stereo work etc. A tad nerdy – or masculine if you please. However, I haven’t had the patience to make this piece of electronic s…. work yet until this minute when I decided to get to the bottom of the case.

When I took out the pieces of the printer one by one I found 3 earrings (one gold, one blue and one pink) tangled into the printer’s system and 5 gummi bears. Kind of embarrassing yet very reassuring that I am not masculine, but a girl who like s girly things: Gummi bears and earrings. I removed the ‘feminine parts’ and now the printer works like a dream again.
