Face Hunting

Yesterday my old peep, trend spotter and cultural explorer, Yvan Rodic was in town. We met years back during a random fashion week in Copenhagen where we spent a lot of time taking pictures of people and each other. Last night was no different. Except Yvan has become quite famous for his blog and online TV show called Facehunter.

He asked me what’s up in LA so I took him to a classic place in Hollywood called Bardot. The place has live concerts on Mondays. And another cool thing about Bardot is that it is filled with not so ‘Hollywoody’ types. Meaning, that plenty of Euros and New Yorkers go there. A feature that I personally love a lot.

The band turned out to be a pure girl band called ‘The Like’ with fans like Erin Wasson, Alexa Chung and the likes. I was standing shoulder to shoulder with Erin to the right and Alexa to the left without noticing, but bien sur; The Facehunter spotted her instantly he he 😉
