Back home after a trip to the gym and half a day of shooting. A pretty cool day and the weather here is amazing right now. I LOVE May in LA!!! Had lunch with the film crew in a lush garden before we shot the last takes, a skype meeting and now I’m about to call it a night with a movie, my glass of wine and hot lemon water with tons of organic Argave sweetener. (I love honey, but unfortunately my tummy doesn’t and argave does the trick). Tomorrow
Back in LA, 5 hours of sleep and then up and running to my first fitting. It is for a project I booked with the super talented director Ryan Bosworth. The stylist Terra, Ryan, his wife Jen, their dog Berlin and I decide on the outfits for the upcoming shoot and I dart off to the next fitting. Then a meeting and then I’m back home meandering through piles of clothes that origin from my suitcase. The poor beat-up thing looks like it exploded right there on the living room
Sorry that I’ve been MIA lately, but I have a really good reason; I went on a trip to a remote island in the Caribbean and turned out that there was no phone, internet, roads, cars, mirrors, showers. Really not much of anything, which resembles civilization as we are used to it in the big cities. It was a bit like going back to my flower child/hippie roots where humans have respect for nature and live in and from what surrounds them. I really enjoyed it. We lived in bungalows
Here are a few iphone shots from today’s shoot, which took off with a native American meets Penny lane look and moved onto flower girl, to couture and then wound up in a interpretation of a 90’s JLO….(!!??) This weekend I interviewed the talented Emily Blunt at The Four Season’s Hotel here in Beverly Hills for the Danish Magazine COSTUME. She is doing PR for her new movie ‘The Five-Year Engagement’ with the rest of the film team AKA Jason Segel, Nicholas Stoller etc.. I had the pleasure of meeting her, and them (I sat right next to Nicholas and Jason… And Jason is super hot and hilarious!!! Just saying 🙂 ). Anyways, my interview is about the super talented Brit so I was calm and collected
