Happy Saturday people! Just a quick little note before I leave Europe for now. It’s been such a pleasure being back. And this time for a longer period, which takes a bit of the stress away. Traveling a lot, eating and sleeping randomly determined by job, location, jet-lag and social events is probably not the best medicine for the body if you want to stay fit and healthy. In one week from today I’ll be on a plane back to my home in Los Angeles. Most likely hungover from the wedding the night before and most likely reminiscing positively and happily on an amazing trip to the neck of my woods – Denmark. I am so grateful for all the old and new friends and family I have in this part of the world who embrace me and like to see me when I hit town.
