Hi friends! Just a quick update before I have my next meeting at one of my favorite local cafés in the Frederiksberg area of Copenhagen, Denmark. I arrived in Copenhagen this Tuesday, only 2 weeks after I’d left and I spent Tuesday night with my family. I didn’t have time to unpack because next morning, Wednesday I was off to Antwerp, Belgium. Come to think of it, my suitcase was not unpacked in LA either haha :-D. I only had 14 days at home in LA before I left again

I’m back home after a looooong whirlwind of a trip to Europe. It feels amazing to be in my home again, but tbt also a bit weird. Like the quiet period after a huge and violent storm. All is silence and I need to adjust. Because silence is sometimes much louder than even the biggest storm. Silence can heal you and silence can tare you apart depending on how you choose to ride it. I use the term ‘ride’ since I think the older I get I realize that life
