Yesterday was another day of shooting with some of my favorite people. My house transformed into a fun/work/party/’let’s-play-dress-up’/regrouping space before I had to jet out to a bday party. When I got home it was late and Europe was awake since a couple of hours. So I dialed up my mother to wish her happy birthday. Sorry for having neglected my blog lately. If I was not shooting pictures, filming or in meetings I have been locked up in my flat in front of my laptop typing away on my book about NYC. OK so the last few weeks have been super hectic and even more so the last week. I’ve been filming and shooting day and night and loving it. Mostly. The long haul shoots when you stand around outside freezing your derriere off in skimpy outfits somewhere after 2 a.m. can get a bit tedious. But other than that I can work around the clock and still feel like a gem. I get a natural high from working with creative people and getting totally and completely engaged in crazy, fictional realities
