Hello LA!

Not that I’m done talking about NYC – not at all. I still have loads of pictures and stories I want to post. But just felt like putting a little LA LOVE in the air now that I’m back on the West Coast. After 10 days away from your city so much piles up on you plate. Know what I mean? So coming home has been pretty hectic and bitter sweet. ‘Hello flat tire, oil change, unpaid bills and 350 unanswered emails…!!!’ You get the picture. However, reuniting with friends

NYC Nights…

Last week I checked into The Crosby Street Hotel in NYC, which is one of the most amazing hotels in Downtown NYC. Period! The view, the atmosphere, the interior and the deliciousness of luxury on these premises are superb. Chic, cool and also a little on the expensive side….. But when you are searching for an experience beyond you should consider this Soho hot spot. I daresay, The Crosby just moved into my top 3 of hotels in the city that never sleeps… However, from one hotel to another: My

Last Night in NYC

Right now I’m on the flight going back to LA after 10 hectic days in NYC. My motto ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’ really came into action during my stay in the city that never sleeps. I didn’t sleep much either, but – hey – why sleep when there’s so much to explore and so little time…? Yesterday I shot with Yvan Rodic i the suite at The Rivington Hotel. And after we fedexed the Couture back to LA there was finally time to take a few minutes and relax. I

We shot in the middle of the street Park Avenue. I was wearing

Halloween is here and I’m in NYC. How glorious! It’s my all time favorite season to visit the East Coast. If not for the crisp and beautiful weather when the leaves in Central Park transform from a rich, dark green to yellows, deep reds and faded browns. Then for the amazing parties where the New Yorkers really know how to dress up. I’m serious. Everybody here is making an effort and I love it. Overdressing is one of my vices so… go figure 😉 Last night my friend Haya and

Friday Love

Friday and we are moving from The fabulous and antique Greenwich Hotel to the new and hip Gansevoort Hotel on South park, which is only 4 blocks from my 4 pm shoot with NIGHT ITALIA and Andy Warhol/ The Factory photographer Anton Perich. the crew from Rome was here and we shot a lot of video, interview and photos. I will let you know more about this whole project after November 4th when NIGHT ITALIA introduces issue 5 at The Gershwin Hotel here in NYC. Here are a couple of

Got into NYC on a red-eye on Wednesday morning with Virgin America. Didn’t sleep at all on the flight since I involved myself in a 4 hour long conversation with a Greek artist who sat in the seat next to me. Very interesting. So Wednesday was ‘Zombie day’. I had a lot of social engagements, phone calls, emails and sleep to catch up on. But the stress kind of fizzled after my appointment at the beyond divine Peninsula Spa on 5th Avenue and 55th street and a glass of wine
