Friday night is Gallery Hopping Night in Down Town Santa Fe. This is the one night a week where the high brow art crowd gets together and travel from gallery to gallery where they indulge in conversation about their latest work, they flirt gossip and drink punch. You know those nights when you toss and turn without a minutes rest? The morning after it feels like you’ve got run over by a bus… Luckily I have discovered the perfect cure: Ojo Caliente! A beautiful outdoor spa in New Mexico in the small town of Ojo Caliente. Here, hot rejuvenating mineral water spring form the mountains and into outdoor pools. Last night Yenny and I went out to test the local waters at a club called Corazon in Down Town Santa Fe. It was fun to see a completely different scene that what I’m used to in LA, NYC or Europe. It was a riot! 2 bands performed and made the roof come off while the locals drank Budweisers, Margaritas and partied like there was no tomorrow. This morning I went Spa-style to the local swimming pool and did laps. Wow that felt good. I think I need a pool in my next house ;-)… Later I went Down Town in Santa Fe to enjoy the atmosphere, look at the locals, buy over-expensive stuff in tourist traps and just hang out.
