December 2012

I have spent Christmas in different cities and countries since I was a child yet it feels sort of funny to spend Christmas in 90 degrees, a roast sizzling on the BBQ, colorful parrots in the palm trees and Reaggaeton music blasting from surrounding gardens. Since I’m a creation of the cold north where snow and gusty winds rule during Winter time I am not used to prepare the Christmas dinner bikini clad. But home is where the heart is and this year my family has traveled across the world

From the concrete jungle to the real jungle. Welcome to my life; Diversity central. Last week I was in NYC working and seeing my girls. Returning to my home in LA after a fantastic week in the concrete jungle, I had only two days to catch a few meetings and to repack before I was on a flight again. This time Central America bound. I am spending the Holidays in Nicaragua with my family enjoying a completely diverse type of Christmas than the ones we usually celebrate. Freezing, snowy Copenhagen.

Underwater Love

I’m high in the sky (exactly 30, 000 feet) and high on my visit to the city that never sleeps. After a week of work and play I’m West Coast bound again and even though I love NYC it’s going to be nice to relax tonight in my L.A. home. But that is all the chill time I get for now. Because the next 2 days will be super busy and packed with fun and important meetings. Agent, lawyers, producers and friends that I’m eager to see and either shake

Arrivederci NYC!

One week has almost passed and tmro I’m already headed back to LA. Wow, it went so fast! I absolutely love being back in NYC and I have had the most interesting meetings and fun times this week. I’m so coming back again for another visit very soon. The energy and the atmosphere is much more positive this year than when I was here a year ago. Yes, I know part of the bad energy was my own emotional situation of having lost my grandmother and losing my grandfather shortly

NYC I LOVE YOU!

Sorry for the lack of attention to the blog lately, but I have been too exhausted to type anything since last Thursday. I’m writing you from NYC now – yay! :-). As you can imagine I am absolutely stoked to be back. However, as usual getting ready before a trip out of town is a hassle. Especially this close to the Holidays. Last minute meetings and work that needs to be done always leaves me packing in the middle of the night. Needless to say my packing is as random

Tuesday morning and I am shooting the new DJ Steve Aoki music video. I love this artist’s work and when I met with the director and the producer at the casting I had a really good feeling about the project. However, the past few days I have been feeling under the weather. Food poisoning slash an allergic reaction, which I usually never have, and my doctor gave me some medicine and told me to get some rest and let the body heal. Right. Today I look fine. But from Saturday

Friday I got all dolled up again to got to the annual Eliason Merit Award 2012. Even though it is an American – Swedish award I was invited. Being a Dane born in Hamlet’s hometown Elsinore in Denmark, I guess my time at University of Stockholm studying journalism sort of helped here and got me the invite for this red carpet and sit down dinner event. Lucky me! Action hero/actor & native Swede Dolph Lundgren got the award this year and I was surprised to realize how well educated this
